Contest and Submisson Rule Revision

So, as many people are wondering, this contest is going to be judged by me, and will be done 50% on execution, 50% on creativity. Meaning, the more like a baby or little the story or art is based around, the more points you will get. Also, yes stories are allowed. Originality refers to your art and someone else's art. I hope I do not sound mean, but you will get more points if you have a new character than if you use a character you already have used.

Also, I have added a new rule to the sub rules. Take a look when you have the chance.

Deadline for entry to the contest is April 1st. After that time, no one will be accepted for entry. If you have any questions, ask me personally.
